The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing customers for LAP, building strong client relationships, and managing the loan process end-to-end. The role involves field sales, lead generation, documentation support, and coordination with internal teams for smooth loan disbursement.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and market activities.
Explain LAP products, eligibility, and loan terms to customers.
Collect documents and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams.
Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat/referral business.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Maintain reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
