Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager, located in Rajkot. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including individual customers and automobile dealerships. Responsibilities include managing loan accounts, handling client queries, supporting the onboarding process, providing financing solutions, and working closely with teams to meet targets. The role also involves promoting KMPL’s financial products and facilitating seamless collaboration between the company and its partners.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
• Proficiency in financial products and services, including car loans, two-wheeler loans, and Loans Against Property
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Effective communication, active listening skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector is a plus
• Knowledge of automobile financing and familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous
• Proficiency in local languages and regional market understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
