Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll manage the full real estate sales lifecycle—from initial consultation to deal closure and post-sale support. You’ll be the face of JJ Reality, guiding clients through high-value property investments with top developers like Hiranandani and Vilas Javdekar.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture client relationships through regular engagement
Organize and lead site visits, highlighting project and location advantages
Explain payment plans, legal processes, and investment benefits
Coordinate with legal, finance, and developer teams to negotiate and close deals
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
Stay updated on market trends, RERA regulations, and local developments
Deliver post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals
