Position: Relationship Manager Intern
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Relationship Manager Intern to support our client servicing and business development team. This role offers hands-on experience in building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers in daily client interactions and support.
• Conduct research to understand client profiles and business requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.
• Support in managing client portfolios and following up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Learn and apply CRM tools to track client engagement.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
