Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday is a professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a company’s customers. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by addressing customer needs, solving problems, and providing a positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive:

• Customer Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.
• Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate departments.
• Relationship Management:
• Develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized service.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups.
• Help identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Customer Feedback:
• Gather and report customer feedback.
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Prepare reports on customer trends and issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
