Job Description

  • Conduct regular field visits to societies, industrial areas, and colonies to promote insurance products.
  • Achieve monthly GWP and sales targets through direct sales and agent networks.
  • Recruit, activate, and manage a network of 40–45 agents; ensure consistent performance and engagement.
  • Provide accurate quotations, assist in policy closure, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships to drive business growth.
  • Prepare daily activity reports and weekly MIS for management review.
  • Maintain business quality by ensuring transparency and accuracy in policy processes.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
