Job Description

Conduct regular field visits to societies, industrial areas, and colonies to promote insurance products.
Achieve monthly GWP and sales targets through direct sales and agent networks.
Recruit, activate, and manage a network of 40–45 agents; ensure consistent performance and engagement.
Provide accurate quotations, assist in policy closure, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships to drive business growth.
Prepare daily activity reports and weekly MIS for management review.
Maintain business quality by ensuring transparency and accuracy in policy processes.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
