Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Thane. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, resolving client issues, conducting regular follow-ups, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contributing to the overall growth of client relationships.

• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
