Job Role - The role involves coordinating with BSM, sourcing files, client meetings, ensuring compliance, collecting documents, and preparing files for sanction. It also includes relationship management, lead generation, and team coordination. Candidates must have basic MS Office skills, home loan knowledge, and 6+ months of sales experience with strong communication and leadership traits.
