Job Description

Key Responsibilities

School onboarding: Initiate and manage the onboarding process for new schools and collect necessary data from schools, including timetables and student information
Logistics management: Oversee the delivery and distribution of kits to schools and students and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely kit deliveries
Educator integration: Introduce assigned educators to school staff and students and conduct technical checks to ensure all necessary equipment and software are functioning properly
Parent and teacher engagement: Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings and orientations, and act as the primary point of contact for student, parent, educator, and school queries
Reporting and feedback: Collect and compile weekly feedback from students and educators, and gather and provide reports from educators to schools and parents
Documentation and media collection: Capture photos, videos, and testimonials from students, parents, and educators, and maintain a repository of media for promotional and reporting purposes
Assessment management: Collect and organize assessment papers and facilitate the assessment process, and ensure the timely collection and distribution of certificates
