Role Overview: IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager based in Sagar. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, acquiring new clients, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include client meetings, addressing client queries, maintaining client records, and providing customized financial advice. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization's growth will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients - Acquire new clients and expand the customer base - Cross-sell financial products to meet client needs - Conduct client meetings and address their queries effectively - Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity - Provide tailored financial advice to clients - Achieve sales targets set by the organization - Collaborate with the team to drive business growth Qualification Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Expertise in customer relationship management - Proficiency in sales and marketing - Knowledge of financial products and services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of integrity and professionalism - Preferably qualifications in finance, business administration, or related field - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus,
