If you’re passionate about sales, customer engagement, and relationship-building, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: • Generate new business & manage renewals through bank branches • Support end-to-end sales processes: documentation, medicals & proposal follow-up • Ensure seamless policy issuance with efficient TAT • Handle renewal collections & customer service coordination • Maintain daily activity reports, sales trackers & lead logs • Build strong professional relationships with bank staff • Drive branch-level brand visibility & engagement events • Share daily MIS & performance updates with managers Skills We Value: ✔ Excellent communication (local language + basic English) ✔ Strong relationship-management ability ✔ Comfortable working towards targets & branch coordination
