Job Description

Relationship Manager Sales

The role involves converting leads into sales, coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring seamless execution of client requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deliver within timelines.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client concerns effectively.
Exposure to the interior design, real estate, or home furnishing industry is an added advantage.
Proficiency in English and local languages.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Drive sales conversions by engaging with walk-in customers and handling incoming leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
