Corporate Office: VSNAP Technology Solutions (Branded as Homes247.in) Cunningham Rd, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001 Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager (Field Sales ), you will manage and nurture relationships with clients seeking premium real estate projects (apartments and villas) in key locations such as Sarjapura Road, Hosa Road (near Wipro Office), Choodasandra, and Attibele. You’ll be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closure while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and real estate, even if you don’t have prior experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Handle leads provided by the company in the CRM, and engage with clients seeking premium real estate projects. Site Visits: Schedule and conduct site visits, providing detailed information and guidance to clients. Sales Negotiations: Work with clients through the negotiation process to close deals. Client Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure timely service and product updates. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities in the internal CRM system. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies. Client Relationship Building: Establish, maintain, and expand a strong client base. Brand Representation: Build and enhance the company’s brand image through professional client interactions. Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th grade (PUC) or any degree. Experience: 2-6 years of sales experience preferred. Experience in real estate is not required. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Enthusiastic, with a future-focused mindset and emotional intelligence. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
