Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
Develop strategies to increase sales revenue by cross-selling relevant products such as insurance policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in retail finance or related field (consumer durables/two wheeler loan).
Strong understanding of consumer finance concepts including personal loans, business loans, vehicle finance, etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
