Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Villupuram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing banking portfolios, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth by achieving sales and service targets. The role also involves cross-selling banking products and ensuring client retention through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Financial Products, Banking Operations, and Portfolio Development
Sales Skills, Cross-Selling Techniques, and Business Development capabilities
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Problem-Solving abilities
Proactive and goal-oriented approach to meeting deadlines and targets
Relevant experience in retail or business banking is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
