Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients through direct sales and convert leads into long-term relationships.
  • Pitch and sell Kotak Securities products (Demat, Trading Accounts, Investment Plans, Mutual Funds, etc.).
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports.
  • Provide clients with updates on new products, services, and market trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in Direct Sales, BFSI, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Should be open to field sales and client acquisition activities.
  • Male candidate preferred (local Vijayawada candidates will be given priority).
