Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients through direct sales and convert leads into long-term relationships.
Pitch and sell Kotak Securities products (Demat, Trading Accounts, Investment Plans, Mutual Funds, etc.).
Build and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports.
Provide clients with updates on new products, services, and market trends.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance preferred).
15 years of experience in Direct Sales, BFSI, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work under pressure.
Should be open to field sales and client acquisition activities.
Male candidate preferred (local Vijayawada candidates will be given priority).
