Relationship Manager-Dealer / Distributor ( CG)

Role Name:

Key Responsabilities :

• Scoping, mapping, and closing key distributor/dealer accounts across CG .
• End-to-end lifecycle management for prospective 100+ dealers/distributors.
• Ensuring BTL campaigns are executed in each region for tile contractors.
• Building and executing loyalty schemes for dealers & contractors,
• Coordinating with ops, marketing, and the technical team for timely delivery, service, and

collections. Driving policy initiatives with specified big accounts (builders and interiors)

• Driving competition mapping for key regions every quarter
• Building a team of 4-6 people of BDOs & SEs

Must-haves:

• Experience of working with Dealer - Distributors. Resourceful & well-networked with 50-70 people in the CG region.
• A bachelor's / Diploma degree + Have at least 3+ Years of working experience. (MBA a plus)
• Proficiency in Google Suite - including Sheets and Docs. + Excellent hold in English and Hindi. (Speaking + Writing)
• Experience in the field of B2B Sales, specifically in non-trade, will be preferred. (Construction chemicals, Paints, elevators,TMT,Steel,Tile Adhesives , cement, & similar mix chemicals/ cementitious products are a plus )
