Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and Inform: Effectively pitch and inform partners about our insurance, mutual funds, and

other banking products.

- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for new franchises during their

onboarding period, addressing questions or concerns and providing guidance on company

procedures, resources, and available support channels.

- Monitor Performance: Track and report on performance metrics, partner feedback, and overall

business impact.

- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with the internal team to align product offerings with client

needs and company goals.


Requirements:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Eagerness to Learn: A demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

- Financial Knowledge: A basic understanding of financial products and concepts.

- Sales Experience: Prior experience in selling financial products, such as insurance or mutual funds,

is advantageous.

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance is preferred.
