Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Business Development, located in Jaipur. In this role, the individual will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and promote Choice’s financial products and services. Responsibilities include meeting financial goals, implementing strategic initiatives, providing regular market insights, and offering solutions to meet client investment needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and business growth.

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide personalized solutions.
• Experience in business development and sales within financial services, with a focus on identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
• Proficiency in market analysis, investment, and financial product knowledge, including stock markets, mutual funds, insurance, and loans.
• Strategic thinking with skills in planning and execution of business initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry or related fields is a strong advantage.
