Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs Identify and acquire new business clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' businesses to assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate lending solutions Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients Monitor and manage the performance of the business lending portfolio, proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or commercial lending Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the SME segment Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned territory We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
