Relationship Manager-Business Banking

Job Requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business banking clients in the rural areas of Punjab
• Identify and acquire new business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment of potential clients to determine their creditworthiness
• Structure and negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients
• Monitor and manage the performance of the business banking portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquencies
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to cross-sell products and services to clients
• Stay updated on market trends and competition in the rural business banking sector
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
