Department: Retail Lending – Home Loans Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:Motilal Oswal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager (Home Loans) for its Bangalore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing home loan customers, building client relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end loan process. Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Source and acquire new customers for home loans through direct sales, channel partners, builders, and referrals. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and existing customer networks. Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with customers to understand their financial needs. Provide customized home loan solutions and advisory. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly disbursement targets. Cross-sell other financial products (insurance, investment plans) as required. Process Management: Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications. Ensure documentation compliance and accurate submission. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with local real estate trends and competitor offerings. Share market feedback with the management for strategic decisions.
