About the role

As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be the vital link between our bank and insurance partners. Your primary responsibility will be to drive insurance product sales by closely working with branch teams and customers. You will be stationed at a Kotak Mahindra Bank branch and will play a key role in revenue generation through effective relationship management and sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans with our partners to achieve business targets

Lead, motivate, and provide ongoing training to the partner sales team

Support lead generation, sales closure, upselling, and cross-selling

Conduct customer need analysis and offer relevant insurance solutions

Facilitate continuous learning and performance tracking for partners

Collect and act on feedback from customers and partners to improve sales processes

Regularly review and align sales strategies to meet partner and bank objectives

Who Can Apply

Graduate in any discipline

14 years of experience in insurance/banking/financial services (preferred)

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Result-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
