Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of housing loan and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of affordable housing and housing loans products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with relationship management software and tools is an added advantage. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
