Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of housing loan and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of affordable housing products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet sales targets and achieve performance goals.
