Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Relations Manager. The Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, managing client accounts, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. The role also involves periodic client visits, data analysis, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Experience in sales and marketing coordination
• Ability to work on-site and manage client visits effectively
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
