The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in broking/financial markets. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential, along with a good knowledge of financial markets and trading. You should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and be fluent in Tamil and English (knowledge of additional South Indian languages is a plus).
