Description

We are seeking a dynamic Relation Manager for our Banca Channel to build and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective relationship management and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with bank partners to maximize business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Conduct regular meetings with bank staff to provide updates on products and services.
Identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
1-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Understanding of banking products and services.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
