Regulatory Reporting Analyst 1

As a Fund Accounting Analyst 1 at our company, your role will involve completing various Financial Reporting activities related to Mutual Funds in Fund Administration domain. You will be responsible for preparing and filing financial statements/annual reports in line with US GAAP. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal and external audit requests - Act as a point of contact for identified clients and ensure quality service as per SLAs - Coordinate with Onshore to provide relevant information for audits and monitor production schedule to meet client deadlines - Manage processes including preparation and review of annual and semi-annual financial statements - Work on relationships with onshore client teams to make accurate changes to financial reports - Ensure financial reports meet clients and regulatory standards - Assist with coordination between multiple departments within the organization - Develop and manage action plans to implement quality and production standards - Stay informed of regulatory and industry changes and recommend system enhancements - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Competent to discuss accounting concepts/standards with internal/external parties - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Handle pressure situations and prioritize effectively - Timely escalations and ownership of assigned clients and funds - Good interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills - Proficient in MS Office/Excel applications and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word - Knowledge of financial reporting and fund accounting platforms like Unity, Investone is a plus **Qualifications:** - 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial services - Knowledge of financial market operations, accounting, and basics of financial management - Demonstrated knowledge of accounting - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Master's degree or CA, ICWA, ACCA preferred If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.,
