Regulatory Manager

Role Overview: As someone with sound knowledge of the banking domain, including wholesale, retail, core banking, and trade finance, you are expected to have an in-depth understanding of RBI regulatory reporting and guidelines, such as the RBI ADF approach document. Your experience should cover handling various important regulatory returns such as Form- A, Form VIII (SLR), Form X, BSR, SFR (Maintenance of CRR), DSB Returns, Forex, and Priority sector lending related returns to RBI. Moreover, a good understanding of balance sheets and P&L statements is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Support clients by providing user manuals, conducting trainings and workshops, and preparing case studies. - Adhere to processes, review product development, and document, validate, communicate, and coordinate requirements. - Support business development by preparing proposals, concept presentations, and outreach activities. - Maintain and update trackers, review test cases, and provide training to internal and external stakeholders. - Interact with clients for assignment execution, manage operational relationships effectively, gather requirements, track issues, discuss change requests, write FRDs, and prepare project status reports. - Coordinate with assignment-specific teams of consultants, developers, and QA professionals to ensure timely and effective delivery.
