Job Description

As a Regional Trade Marketing Manager at Brown-Forman, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the west region by strategically aligning marketing efforts with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective trade and marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the region. - Leading the market independently with guidance from the National Trade Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Working across the portfolio of brands in the west region and being responsible for Trade Marketing activity across all channels. - Collaborating with Marketing teams, Sales teams, and external agencies partners to ensure excellence in execution. You will be expected to: - Develop and implement regional trade marketing strategies and budgets aligned with company goals. - Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base. - Conduct thorough market analysis and use insights to inform and refine marketing strategies. - Work closely with regional commercial teams to align trade marketing activations. - Plan and execute regional promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement. - Enhance brand presence through effective in-store promotions and consistent messaging across all channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and adjust strategies based on performance data. - Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure cost-effective implementation of marketing programs. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of Sales and marketing experience within the beverage or CPG industry. - Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Readiness to travel within the market and regionally. If you can translate brand objectives into executable plans and build long-term relationships with stakeholders, you will thrive in this role.
