Regional Trade Marketing Specialist - West

As a Regional Trade Marketing Manager at Brown-Forman, you will play an integral role in driving the company's success in the west region of India. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective trade and marketing strategies to promote the portfolio of brands in Maharashtra, Goa, M.P, and DDS. Reporting to the National Trade Marketing Manager, you will independently lead the market while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams, as well as external agency partners, to ensure excellence in execution across all channels. You will be tasked with translating brand plans into executable channel and customer plans, thereby enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth within the region. Key responsibilities include developing regional trade marketing strategies, conducting market analysis to inform decision-making, working with commercial teams to align activations, planning and executing promotional campaigns, managing relationships with key distributors and retailers, tracking performance metrics, and managing the regional marketing budget effectively. To excel in this role, you should bring 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in the beverage or CPG industry, strong analytical skills, the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, excellent organizational skills, and a readiness to travel within the market and regionally. Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
