Role Overview

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. is looking for experienced and customer-focused Regional Service Managers (RSM) to oversee service operations, service center performance, warranty processes, technician management, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of EVs and proven experience in handling large service networks.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead and manage service operations across the assigned region.

2) Ensure smooth functioning of Dealership Service Centers, Field Service Teams, and Authorized Service Workshops (ASCs).

3) Monitor and enhance service quality, TAT (Turnaround Time), repair accuracy, and customer experience.

4) Oversee EV diagnostics, battery & controller failures, warranty approvals, parts replacement, and after-sales support.

5) Plan and ensure training programs for technicians & dealer workshop staff regarding EV service standards, safety & technical updates.

6) Implement SOPs in line with Factory Act, Indian EV safety standards, and company policies.

7) Conduct audits of workshops, spare parts management, and tool calibration standards.

8) Support product engineering teams by providing insights into product performance & field issues.

9) Strategically expand service coverage and network capacity in the region.

10) Handle escalated customer grievances and ensure closure within defined timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
• (ITI/Diploma + excellent experience will also be considered)
• 6-11 years experience in EV or Automobile (2W/3W/4W) service operations
• Strong knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries, BMS, motors, controllers & EV diagnostics
• Proficiency in service data analysis, warranty management & network audits
• Team management & leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication, decision-making & customer handling skills
• Knowledge of EV safety protocols & statutory compliances
