Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Sales & Operations to lead and expand Cocoon Fine Rugs’ business across West India. The role involves team management, sales strategy, and client acquisition, with a focus on leveraging industry contacts to strengthen relationships with HNI clients, A & A+ architects, interior designers, and luxury buyers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury retail, lifestyle products, or home décor and the ability to manage both store and project sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage West India sales & operations across store and project divisions.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Build and expand relationships with HNI clients, architects, interior designers, and luxury buyers.

Leverage personal and professional networks to drive business development and new client leads.

Oversee store operations for retail excellence, customer service, and performance.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project consultants for luxury interior projects.

Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and business updates.

Provide leadership, mentorship, training, and performance reviews for the team.

Travel across West India to manage projects, client meetings, exhibitions, and expansions.

Represent Cocoon Fine Rugs at trade shows, luxury exhibitions, and client events.

Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning, growth, and expansion initiatives.


Requirements

8–15 years of experience in luxury retail, home décor, interior design, or lifestyle products.

Proven team handling experience across retail and project business.

Strong track record managing regional sales & operations with store and project teams.

Established network of HNI clients, A & A+ architects, interior designers, and luxury buyers in West India.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and align strategies with company goals.

Willingness to travel extensively across West India.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing/Business Management preferred.
