Job Description

You will be responsible for developing the potential market for Cattle Feed and establishing a strong distribution network in targeted markets. Your role will involve tracking purchase and sales channel partners, creating awareness among customers, and analyzing competitors" activities to increase the brand value and market value of Tiwana Cattle Feed. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to appoint and develop distributor channels, as well as manage and hire team members across different locations in alignment with the company's vision. Setting sales targets for individual Sales Officers/Area Sales Managers and the team as a whole will be crucial to your role. Your main objective will be to maintain and increase sales of the company's products by achieving the targets and goals set for your area. You will also focus on establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base, servicing the needs of existing customers, and identifying business opportunities through various market routes. In addition, you will be tasked with developing innovative sales strategies, providing necessary support and guidance to team members to help them achieve their targets, and possibly handling major customer accounts. Conducting customer feedback and market research will be essential in understanding market trends and customer preferences. To meet regional sales financial objectives, you will be responsible for forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Moreover, you will need to suggest and implement brand promotional activities to enhance the visibility and market presence of Tiwana Cattle Feed. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in sales, along with 1 year of experience in management and team management. The work location is in person, and the benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is based on day and morning shifts.,
