Key Responsibilities: Sales & Market Development: Identify and develop business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Build relationships with distributors, retailers, academies, resorts, and event organizers. Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients. Government Business Development (B2G): Secure government contracts and tenders (defense, sports, tourism). Develop relationships with public sector bodies and submit bids for public sector projects. International Expansion: Identify export markets and manage relationships with international distributors and sports federations. Ensure compliance with global trade regulations. Client Relationship & Marketing: Execute customer engagement strategies and represent the company at industry events. Collaborate on promotional campaigns and product development aligned with market demands. Revenue Growth & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and prepare market analysis and performance reports. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of experience in business development or sales (water sports, outdoor recreation). Expertise in B2B, B2G sales, and international trade.
