Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth for Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) within the assigned region. The role involves managing a team of sales officers, building a robust channel network, achieving business targets, and ensuring compliance with credit and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve disbursement and revenue targets for Micro LAP products.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring productivity and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers to enhance business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing and quality sourcing.
Drive portfolio quality by maintaining delinquency within acceptable limits.
Provide regular MIS reports, performance reviews, and forecasts to senior management.
Organize promotional activities, roadshows, and campaigns to increase product visibility and reach.
Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC norms, and organizational policies.
