Function: Sales & Business Development


Role Overview:


B. Jain Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Leaders from the Homeopathy / Pharmaceutical industry to drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen our market presence across India.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Growth


  • Drive primary and secondary sales targets across assigned regions/zones/national markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetration.


Team Leadership & Development


  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and high-performance sales culture.


Doctor & Channel Management


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Homeopathy doctors, clinics, distributors, and stockists.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional and brand strategies.
  • Handle key accounts and resolve escalations efficiently.


Reporting & Coordination


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
  • Ensure timely MIS, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain teams.


Experience Requirements:


Regional Sales Manager (RSM)


  • 5–8 years of experience in Homeopathy / Pharmaceutical sales
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a team-handling role
  • Experience with companies such as Dr. Reckeweg, SBL, Schwabe India, Bakson’s, Allen Homeopathy, Willmar Schwabe, Haslab, B. Jain, or similar pharma/homeopathy organizations


Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)


  • 8–12 years of experience in Homeopathy / Pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven experience managing multi-state teams
  • Exposure to reputed homeopathy/pharma companies preferred

  • Strong leadership & people management skills
  • Deep understanding of homeopathy markets and doctor-driven sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
  • Willingness to travel extensively
