Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth and market expansion across the Gujarat region, focusing primarily on the dairy sector.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, including senior-level stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure optimal channel performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum 8 years in Sales, with strong preference for Dairy Sales; Agro/Animal Husbandry Sales experience also considered.
• Proven track record in regional sales management and team leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of rural/agri business dynamics in Gujarat.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
