About the Role

As a

Scope of the Role

  1. Regional Customer Acquisition:
  2. Independently own and grow the customer base across multiple cities or a designated region.
  3. Customer Retention & Upsell:
  4. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; drive renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
  5. Channel Partner Management:
  6. Identify and manage regional channel partners who can generate business or influence sales decisions.
  7. Marketing & Activations:
  8. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and academic activations across schools in the region.
  9. Receivables Management:
  10. Ensure timely collection of payments from schools and partners in line with company policy.
  11. Client Relationship Management:
  12. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (school owners, principals, educators) and maintain regular engagement.
  13. Cross-Functional Coordination:
  14. Liaise with internal teams (academics, operations, delivery, and marketing) to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
  15. Customer Feedback & Problem Resolution:
  16. Capture and communicate feedback from schools, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  17. Documentation & CRM:
  18. Ensure proper documentation, data entry in CRM tools, and daily reporting of activities and business status.
  19. Extensive Field Role:
  20. This is a high-energy, field-intensive role requiring frequent travel across cities and a 6-day work week.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDBM preferred but not mandatory)
  • 38 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education, edtech, or concept-selling space
  • Prior experience handling multi-city or regional responsibilities is a plus
