Regional Sales Manager - (Onsite Dubai)

Note: The position will be based in Dubai - Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations across assigned regions from our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, developing high-performing sales teams, and executing regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to effectively promote new products and initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the building materials industry, including experience in a regional or managerial role.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Experience in Building Materials Industry is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in UAE or any GCC country is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Valid UAE or GCC driver’s license is an added advantage but not mandatory.
