Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Drive geographic expansion and ensure penetration into untapped markets.
Lead and manage the team of Area Managers, Business Development Executives, and Promoters.
Set clear goals, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Ensure proper delegation of responsibilities and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure optimal stock availability and efficient supply chain management.
Resolve distributor-related issues to enhance business efficiency.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted campaigns
