Job Description

As a Manager in Business Development, your role involves identifying and building a strong distributor network across India. You will be responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to effectively onboard distributors and providing them with product training. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads through proactive prospecting and networking to secure new business opportunities. - Developing and implementing a marketing plan in collaboration with the team. - Representing the company effectively by possessing comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. - Cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients to address their needs and drive referrals. - Identifying and establishing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). - Achieving the targets set by the Company. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Pharma. - Experience in building new markets and a proven track record of generating revenues. - Demonstrated experience in setting up teams and leading them. - Prior experience working in a Medical Device Company is mandatory.
