Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager at IRISS, Inc., you will be responsible for developing sales programs, implementing sales strategies, and maximizing sales with assigned accounts in the Mumbai, India region. Your passion for sales, strong relational skills, and regional sales management experience will play a key role in achieving sales and profit goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating service providers and end users within the assigned region. - Meet targeted sales quotas and productivity standards for services. - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers regularly. - Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit for services. - Collaborate with the US based team to develop marketing content and strategies applicable to all customers, and provide customer feedback for market research. - Work collaboratively with operations on service execution at site. - Manage T&E expenditures prudently and submit expense reports timely. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. - Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Thermography/Thermal, Industrial Ultrasound, Electrical Safety, or Safety is a must. - 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry. - Excellent sales and negotiation skills. - Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Technical writing skills are advantageous. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make market sales-driven decisions. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. - Strong work ethic and ability to work with little supervision. - Understanding of the APAC market and its cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. - Experience with a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce.
