Trainer Ultrasound, Infrared, and Partial Discharge Monitoring

You will be responsible for managing the service and support of ultrasound, infrared, and partial discharge monitoring electrical safety equipment. In this role, you will serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert advice and solutions to customers and the service team. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally. You will also be required to continuously assess and improve service processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Moreover, you will develop and deliver technical training programs for the service team to keep them up to date with the latest product advancements and service techniques. Collaboration with the engineering, product development, and sales teams is essential to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to product improvement efforts. It is crucial to ensure that all service activities align with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience in technical service management, preferably with ultrasound, infrared, or partial discharge monitoring equipment is required. In-depth knowledge of ultrasound and infrared is essential, while knowledge of partial discharge monitoring technologies is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and quality standards in relevant industries are also important.
