🔵 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overall channel/distribution sales & operations for the Rajasthan region
• Manage distributors, super stockists & market expansion.
• Appoint new distributors/super stockiest for vacant areas.
• Visiting the regular market to meet dealers, distributors & super stockiest.
• Lead a sales team and ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Has to cover HORRECA.
• Drive market penetration, visibility & brand activation.
• Develop strategies to increase SKU movement, volume & profitability.
• Coordinate product placement, freezer deployment & cold chain compliance.
• Build strong relationships with retailers & institutional clients.

🔵 Required Experience:

Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the Ice Cream industry

✔ Experience in companies like Vadilal, Amul, Cream Bell, Havmor, Hocco, Top N Town, Baskin-Robbins, etc.

✔ Strong network of distributors, retailers & freezer placement teams

✔ Proven track record of hitting sales targets

✔ Must understand cold chain handling, freezer management & seasonal demand cycles

🔵 Location:

Entire Rajasthan (Preference: Jaipur-based candidates)
