Job Description

Liaising with the broking team to source business and ensuring monthly assigned targets are met for the Regularly meeting with the assigned brokers to buil
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the broking channel, understanding their needs & providing the correct solution

Reporting business closures, concerns from the channel, escalations, ect in a timely manner
Driving & Owning the Rewards & Recognition drives with the channel as and when rolled out. Ensuring incentive & Commission payouts happen in a timely manner
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure visibility among the banking partners - Ensuring regular product trainings are conducted with the respective teams as and when the business demands

Requirements and Skills

Corporate sales experience
Experience in managing large Broking relationships at state level basis
Broking experience preferred on retail or group
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Good analytical & interpersonal skills for working together with cross functional teams to achieve desired output
Travel is required within the region
Graduate or Post graduate is a must in any discipline - MBA preferred
