Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales operations: recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with national goals; set district-wise targets
  • Drive revenue through planning, budgeting, forecasting, and corrective actions
  • Expand client base and build long-term relationships
  • Monitor team performance, market trends, and promotional campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in Education/EdTech industry
  • Strong consultative sales and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent English communication & presentation (online & offline)
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Office 365 and CRM tools
  • Willing to travel within and outside assigned regions
