Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Fluency in English and Kannada (preferred) is essential, along with a passion for customer engagement and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote our training programs. Handle inbound calls, addressing queries and providing accurate information. Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and support sales targets. Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and ensure conversion. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts. Represent Ethnus professionally and uphold a customer-first approach in all interactions. Requirements 1 - 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada is preferred. Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling, including cold calling. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
