Regional Sales Manager

You will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. This includes managing an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance and overseeing the sales team for revenue enhancement. Additionally, you will conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends, provide innovative ideas to improve market presence, and coordinate with the Zonal Sales Manager to enhance sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with existing customers for repeat business, building a sales culture among team members, and maintaining contacts with financial center personnel and professionals for referrals. You will also be expected to provide timely feedback to sales personnel, offer trainings and challenging opportunities for career growth, and conduct business plan review meetings with the sales team. Developing creative promotional strategies, appreciating sales employees" contributions, and creating performance improvement plans to meet goals will also be part of your role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree, with preferred experience in B2B sales for at least 1 year. The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule includes day and morning shifts, with a performance bonus available. The work location is remote, with the ability to commute or relocate to Patna, Bihar as required.,
